SAEHC frequently has a variety of positions open since some of our facilities operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

SAEHC is in the position to bring on new staff within its various programs. Specifically, the agency is looking for the following positions to be filled:

Omega Program

1. Youth Development Specialist
Under the supervision of the Children’s Services Program Supervisor the Youth Development Specialist performs assessments and establishes service plans for program participants of 5-17 years; conducts on-site or in-home individual case management and documentation; assess risks and make referrals to other appropriate services; as part of the Omega team develops and evaluates individual youth service plans and parent participation plans, conducts one-on-one individual sessions with youth; participate in meetings; facilitate groups; co-facilitate groups when appropriate; Provides support and opportunities to children/youth residents utilizing the following: problem ID and referral where appropriate; AOD prevention education, recreational enrichment and personal development.The full-time position pays $1,148.44 semi-monthly plus medical, dental, and vision benefits (benefits eligible after 90 days). Housing & Shelter Program

1. On-Call Support Staff
The position requires: conducting hourly safety ground checks, daily documentation of site activities, good communication skills, answering the phones, and some unit upkeep. 2. Full-Time Support Staff
The position requires: conducting hourly safety ground checks, daily documentation of site activities, good communication skills, answering the phones, and some unit upkeep. The position is full-time and pays $1,618.62 monthly plus medical, dental, and vision benefits eligible after 90 days. Position may be at several facilities. 3. Full-Time Maintenance Assistant
The position requires: a strong background in apartment maintenance, and the ability to perform painting, general grounds keeping, janitorial duties, and assist in completion of a variety of agency maintenance projects. Valid California class C drivers license and automobile insurance required. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and pays $1,618.62 monthly plus medical, dental, and vision benefits eligible after 90 days.
